DVD Information
Omni DVDs are only available in DVD-R, Region 1 (United States and Canada) format. DVDs are not guaranteed to plan on computers, DVD players over two years old or multi-regional DVD players.
Care of DVD and CD Products
Special care is required on DVDs to retain their good quality and condition. If they are scratched, they will not work properly. They will skip, jump and simply not run properly. We cannot be responsible for DVDs becoming scratched and then not performing properly. Return and Exchange Policy
Mechanically defective VHS, DVD (on domestic orders) and audio CDs may be exchanged for the SAME TITLE ONLY within 60 days of purchase. VHS, DVD, audio CDs may NOT be returned for reasons based on content. We cannot be responsible for cost of return shipping. Exchanges will be made only upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. International DVD orders are not guaranteed to work on international machines or multi-regional formats. International DVD ordered products are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. |
